I got a job in Austin and had about 2 weeks to find an apartment and get situated. Just having graduated college, I was a first-time renter and didn't know anything when it came to apartment hunting. I cannot stress how helpful Natalie was at A+ when it came to finding an apartment. First we discussed all of the factors I was looking for in an apartment: lease terms, amenities, location, etc., and then she narrowed down the list of possible places for me based on these factors--sometimes even calling the apartments in person to get further details. She then took us to tour the different apartments that I was interested in. I ended up finding a great single apartment with a washer and dryer, microwave, spacious dining area, and communal printers and gift-warping station! The best part about it was that I didn't pay a cent for the service. It's all free! They are paid on commission, so they get a percentage of the rent from the apartment itself (I think for the first month). I spoke with Debbie for about 15 minutes over the phone to give her a rundown of what I was looking for in an apartment. She felt confident that we would find a suitable place in a couple hours, and we did! She sent me several listings about a week or so before our in-person appointment so that she could narrow down her list of qualifying places. On the morning of our appointment, I met with her at the Apartment Specialists office and she ran down some properties we could view. I was looking for a two bedroom or a one bedroom / 1 den option. We looked at two properties together and Debbie was helpful and kept my interests in mind for both of them. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to steer me towards any options that I couldn't afford or were unnecessary. I signed a lease at the second place we looked at - it was perfect in terms of amenities and location! I would definitely recommend working with Debbie on your apartment search!read more

Well, I worked with Corey Woodul at A+ and it was the easiest I had ever found an apartment. I went through a bad break up and needed a place FAST! I called A+, spoke with Corey, gave him my criteria, and within 2 hours... he had a few places for me to look at. We went to the first apt complex and never made it to another one because I loved everything about the first one that I didn't need to look any further. Corey was right there for me the whole time and I felt very special that he stopped everything he was doing to attend to my needs and urgency. After wasting a lot of time with a number of realtors, all of whom tried to get us to look in neighborhoods we weren't interested in and showed us tiny, dark, dirty, depressing, overpriced apartments, we were feeling pretty much hopeless about finding an apartment for our college student son.Then we got incredibly lucky when we connected with Debbie Clark of A Plus Apartment Locators. Debbie went right to work and took us, immediately, to see a couple of apartments that were larger, cleaner, more attractive and incredibly more reasonably priced than anything we'd previously seen. She chimed in with her opinion on which she thought was the best apartment for my son and then gave us advise on other related matters including how to post his existing apartment for sublease.Debbie was amazing. I used APlus when making the move from Ontario, Canada to Austin, Texas in the summer of 2015. I had a very small window of time to view places on a brief visit. Daren was amazing. He drove us to multiple complexes that he had picked out ahead of time based on my wants and needs. I worked with Kyle Taylor from A++ Apartment Locators and he did a fabulous job. He is a very honest and fair individual. When I called A++ I was glad I got Kyle. He worked with me from the day I called and asked for assistants to this day now. Kyle is very consisted. I had problems with my phone the first time I arrived in Austin. I was late for my appointment to meet up with Kyle and he still was calm and continued to help me with search. we got to look at apartments that he picked out for me. He stayed late at the office even when he had to meet up with his wife just to get things done. My phone was still having problems so he printed me out directions to the nearest AT &T store so I could get my phone fixed. Kyle went above his call of duty to make sure I was taking care of. He really worked with me to help me with my price range and still manage to find a great apartment for the price I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a new city like Austin. He showed and told me different places when we were on the hunt of looking for apartments. He also gave me resources to find places to visit for church. Kyle definitely enjoys what he does, and is good at it. This is my second year working with Lisa Victorian, and both times she has done a fantastic job at finding something great for me. Last year I was having doubts about a place I was going to sign with and last minute a friend of mine referred me to her so I went and stopped by. I only had about a month until my move out date to find something different, and she found a place in my budget that had everything I needed. This year I needed to move due to wanting a dog and having a ton of restrictions at my current place so I reached out to Lisa again. We have been looking for a couple days now and I almost ended up signing a lease that would've actually been about $300 more a month. She came through yet again today with a brand new place up at the Domain that I'm in love with and can't wait to move into. She's amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! Hopefully I'll be in this new place for a while, but definitely plan to stay in contact with her just b/c she's such a great person 🙂read more
